Written for the 2014 Stetson University Composition Contest

This piece was the first piece of music I wrote that received a public performance. Being less secure in my abilities at the time it is full of several musical suggestions from my friends and classmates. (if they listen, maybe they will find them) The title is a reference to a level in Nintendo/CAPCOM The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages released in 2001 on the Gameboy color. This was the first video game I ever played all the way through to completion, and while I did not reference any musical material from the game, my goal with this composition was to recreate and share the series of emotions I experienced while playing through the game's various landscapes and challenging battles. (at least I thought they were challenging as an 8 year old.)
